OVERVIEW:
- The firm are accepting applications from candidates that have a minimum of 3+ PQE working within corporate law.
- You will advise and support a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, including acquirers, founders/sellers, funders, management teams, and private equity and venture capital trust funds.
- Managing your own independent caseload, you will cover the full spectrum of Corporate & Commercial law, including investor and shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, MBOs and MBIs, as well as demergers, company reconstructions and reorganisations.
- You should be personable and confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, while contributing effectively within a fast-paced team. You will also have opportunities to participate in the department’s marketing and business development initiatives.
- You should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with the ability to manage a busy workload efficiently, meet deadlines, and deliver the highest standards of service to clients.
