This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Corporate team advising a broad portfolio of businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and high-growth companies on a wide range of corporate matters. Your caseload will include mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, spin-out transactions and providing ongoing company law and corporate governance advice. You will take responsibility for leading transactions from instruction through to completion, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, managing deal timetables and working closely with clients and other professional advisers to deliver commercially focused solutions. You will also play an active role in business development, helping to strengthen existing client relationships and generate new opportunities, whilst supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team.

Applications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitors with 6+ years' PQE gained within a recognised corporate practice. You will have strong experience of managing transactions independently and advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, particularly M&A work. Experience of venture capital and investment transactions would be advantageous, although not essential. You should be commercially astute, technically strong and confident building lasting client relationships. Previous experience supervising junior lawyers and an enthusiasm for networking and business development will be important, together with the ambition to play a key role in the continued growth of the team.
