THE ROLE: An experienced Regulatory Solicitor is sought to join a highly regarded team in London on a locum basis, working closely with and reporting directly to a Partner on a specialist project. The successful candidate will advise on the regulatory aspects of syndicated lending transactions, requiring a strong understanding of the relevant financial services regulatory framework and current market practice.
