An established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Family Partner to join its team in the West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer looking to take on a genuine leadership role within a growing and ambitious practice.
The firm is keen to speak with experienced Family Law Partners or Head of Departments who are passionate not only about delivering exceptional client service, but also about leading and developing people, contributing strategically and helping shape the future direction of the business.
The Role
- Managing a privately funded Family caseload
- Leading, mentoring and developing colleagues within the team
- Supporting a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture
- Attending and contributing to partnership and strategic planning meetings
- Assisting with business development, networking and marketing initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with SRA, Lexcel and internal regulatory procedures
- Helping drive the continued growth and long-term success of the firm
The Candidate
- Significant experience within Family law at Partner level or Senior Associate level ready for Partnership
- A strong and well-established referral network
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial and strategic mindset
- The ability to manage a substantial caseload while supporting wider team performance
- A collaborative and proactive approach to leadership and business development
