Family Law Fee Earner | Solicitor, CILEX or Paralegal | 2 PQE | Wiltshire | Full-time or Part-Time | Competitive Salary Dependent on Experience The Opportunity An established and highly regarded law firm in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Family Law Fee Earner to join its busy and supportive Family Department on a full-time or part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to manage a varied caseload of private family law matters while working within a collaborative and client-focused team.

The department advises on a broad range of family law issues, including divorce, separation, financial remedies, children matters, cohabitation disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and other related family law matters.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client care while contributing to the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy and children matters, from instruction through to conclusion.
• Providing practical legal advice, drafting key documentation, and representing clients throughout proceedings while delivering exceptional client care.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and professional contacts to progress matters efficiently and support the continued growth of the department.
• Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or experienced Paralegal with at least 2 years' experience handling private family law matters.
• Strong technical knowledge, drafting ability and client care skills, with the confidence to manage a caseload independently.
• Proactive and organised individual who is committed to delivering excellent service and developing their career within family law.
