Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with a range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Supporting fee earners on files from instruction through to completion

- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Carrying out searches, preparing reports, and progressing transactions
