\n THE ROLE:
\n • This is an opportunity to build on an established practice, work with a diverse client base and play a key role in shaping the future of a growing department.
\n • You will handle a varied and challenging caseload, advising clients on complex disputes and helping them achieve practical, commercially sound outcomes.
\n • Alongside your own fee-earning work, you will contribute to the development of the team, support junior colleagues and work closely with the Head of Department on future growth plans.
\n • Managing a varied portfolio of civil and commercial disputes, including complex and high-value matters.
\n SKILLS REQUIRED:
\n • Applications are sought from Civil Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
\n • You will be a confident and experienced litigator with the technical ability, commercial judgement and ambition to make a significant contribution at senior level.
\n • Extensive experience handling civil litigation and dispute resolution matters.
\n • The ability to manage complex cases effectively while balancing client objectives and commercial considerations.
\n • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to networking and business development.
\n • Experience supporting or supervising colleagues, with the leadership qualities to help a team succeed.
