This well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of residential real estate matters from start to finish. The role requires the ability to work effectively with clients, handle challenging situations, and take ownership of matters as they arise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full range of residential real estate transactions, including acting for buyers and sellers on sales and purchases.
- Handle landlord and tenant matters, development and investment work.
- Deal with licences for alterations, deeds of variation, wayleaves, options, overage arrangements, lease extensions, refinancing and transfers of equity.
The Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE, strong technical expertise and sound understanding of MLRO regulations, including thorough Source of Funds and Source of Wealth checks and meticulous record keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships, client-focused and commercially aware, interest in marketing and business development.
