Responsibilities- Handle a variety of complex conveyancing matters and advise a diverse client base.
- Apply excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations.
- Manage and oversee your own caseload efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Handle freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership transactions and generate fees in line with agreed targets.
- Develop close relationships with clients and key contacts and provide legal advice throughout the entire conveyancing process.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver exceptional client care.
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 1+ PQE.
- Demonstrable experience managing and overseeing a caseload of conveyancing work.
