Responsibilities
  • Handle a variety of complex conveyancing matters and advise a diverse client base.
  • Apply excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations.
  • Manage and oversee your own caseload efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Handle freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership transactions and generate fees in line with agreed targets.
  • Develop close relationships with clients and key contacts and provide legal advice throughout the entire conveyancing process.
  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver exceptional client care.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 1+ PQE.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and overseeing a caseload of conveyancing work.
  • Strong technical understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to generate fees and meet targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
