Following the continued success of its Commercial Property team, this highly regarded firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to play a key role in its ongoing growth. In this position, you will build and strengthen client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery and implementing effective processes for both new and existing clients. You will also contribute to the strategic direction of the practice and the wider firm, taking a leadership role by training, supervising and mentoring a talented team of junior lawyers in a collaborative and supportive environment. Alongside this, you will represent the firm at networking events, conferences and other business development activities, helping to raise the firm’s profile and drive further success.
You will have a minimum of 10 years’ PQE with strong technical expertise in real estate finance law, combined with a commercial mindset and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice to corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. Confident handling complex legal and commercial matters, you will also maintain a strong focus on profitability through effective time management, pricing and cash flow oversight. You will play a key role in business development, building your market presence, winning new clients and driving cross‑selling opportunities across the firm. Alongside this, you will demonstrate outstanding project and client management skills, consistently exceeding expectations through clear communication and a strong understanding of client objectives.
