An excellent role for an experienced Private Client Solicitor seeking to join a progressive team and take ownership of the leadership and development of the Private Client department.

Overview:

  • Manage a broad range of private client work, including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate administration, with an ongoing emphasis on IHT and CGT planning for high-net-worth clients.
  • Advise on complex family arrangements, including agricultural and farming estates, with a thorough understanding of all applicable tax reliefs.
  • Deliver expert guidance on complex tax and succession planning issues, including the establishment and ongoing administration of trusts.
  • Maintain clear, professional and empathetic communication with clients, colleagues and professional referrers, consistently delivering a high standard of client care.
  • Contribute to and strengthen the team’s standing for technical excellence and sensitive, client-focused advice.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging professional development and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment.
  • Coordinate team activity across several offices, ensuring a consistent approach between fee earners and support teams.
  • Utilise strong business development capabilities to nurture existing client relationships and develop new professional connections and networks.
