We have an excellent opportunity for a part time Locum Family Solicitor to join a team and provide maternity cover for approximately 12 months.
Responsibilities
- The locum will manage a private family law caseload, including children matters, TOLATA disputes and financial remedy proceedings, providing clear client advice and progressing cases independently with minimal supervision.
Applications are invited from qualified family law solicitors with 8+ years’ PQE, able to manage children and financial remedy matters independently, with experience or familiarity in TOLATA cases. You will demonstrate strong client care and communication skills, with the flexibility to adapt to a developing office environment.
The firm provides support from a legal assistant, guidance from a senior solicitor and the family department manager, a professional and friendly working environment, and competitive locum rates.
