Job Description Contentious Probate Solicitor / 1+ PQE / North Yorkshire / c£65,000 DOE / An excellent opportunity for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a specialist team, handling complex disputes involving wills, trusts and estates, with excellent opportunities for development and progression – You will handle a varied caseload of contentious probate matters including disputes concerning the validity and interpretation of wills, inheritance claims, disputes involving executors and trustees and wider trust and estate disputes. You will also benefit from working closely with colleagues across litigation, tax and trusts, and private client, giving you access to wider expertise and support when dealing with complex matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your specialism within a supportive team handling high quality work. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in contentious probate or related contentious private client work. You will be proactive, organised and keen to develop your expertise, while working collaboratively with colleagues and building lasting client relationships. This opportunity is with a well established law firm with a long history of advising clients across a broad range of legal matters.
