An experienced Construction Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought to join a highly regarded Legal 500–rated team handling a broad spectrum of construction‑related matters. The team manages all types of construction cases and collaborates closely with other departments within the firm to deliver expert, efficient advice on both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
This varied role will require the successful candidate to manage the full range of construction work, representing funders, developers, contractors, and employers across both contentious and non‑contentious issues.
The successful Construction Lawyer will have experience handling a diverse caseload of construction matters, encompassing both contentious and non‑contentious work. You will bring strong technical expertise across all areas of construction law and be motivated by delivering high‑quality work while contributing to business development and helping expand the firm’s client base. With excellent commercial awareness, you will be able to provide clear, practical advice to a wide range of clients.
