Award winning national law firm seeks experienced Employment Solicitor to take on a role within its Professional Support team.

PQE REQUIRED: 6 years

LOCATION: Manchester

THE ROLE:

  • You will develop, maintain and enhance the team’s know-how, precedents and knowledge resources
  • Monitor and communicate legal and regulatory developments in employment law
  • Deliver training sessions, technical updates and thought leadership materials
  • Contribute to client-facing publications, alerts, webinars and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with pitches, tenders and business development opportunities
  • Help drive innovation, legal tech adoption and knowledge management initiatives

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE in employment law gained within a leading national, regional or international law firm recognised for its employment law services.
  • Technically excellent, with strong knowledge of employment law matters
  • Passionate about legal developments, training and knowledge sharing
  • A strong communicator with excellent drafting and presentation skills
  • Commercially aware, collaborative and proactive
  • Interested in innovation and improving how legal services are delivered
