• This is a unique opportunity to join a team which provides fixed fee employment, HR and advisory support for employers.
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE and passionate about keeping abreast of legal developments
• It is essential that you stay informed about employment law trends and maximising current awareness updates to proactively address potential legal issues.
• You will be responsible for updating systems with the latest employment law developments to ensure clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information and creating and maintaining best practice guides and knowledge resources to support the team in delivering high-quality legal advice.
• You will capable of proactively seek ways to help the teams be more efficient.
• It is essential that you have outstanding drafting, research, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• You will be confident and capable of presenting and training to colleagues and clients.
