Employment Solicitor, 2+ PQE, London, Salary up to £85,000 – £90,000 (DOE). \\nThis award-winning firm is looking to appoint an Employment Lawyer to handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work for high-profile commercial clients, from ambitious start-ups to listed businesses. The role involves managing complex, often high-value employment matters across multiple sectors. Joining a dynamic and rapidly expanding team, you will collaborate closely with corporate support teams and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s ongoing growth and success.

\\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\\nThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ PQE gained at a well-regarded firm, with strong technical expertise and a sound understanding of employment law. You will deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice, undertake advocacy work, and provide training to existing and prospective clients.

\\nYou should demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional client service, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, enhance client retention, and generate referrals to support the continued growth of the practice. A deep understanding of clients’ legal and commercial objectives, together with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, will be key to success in this role.

\\nAdditionally, while not essential, candidates with experience advising on restrictive covenant disputes and team moves are highly desirable. Fluency in Spanish, French, German, or Japanese would also be advantageous.
