- The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to take responsibility for a varied caseload of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE, as well as drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
- You can expect to be advising both employer and employee clients.
- Your role will also involve representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, providing strategic HR and employment advice, and conducting negotiations and mediations.
- The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE in employment law, handling both respondent and claimant work and ideally some experience in supervising junior colleagues.
