Employment Locum Solicitor / Legal Executive | Fully Remote | Duration: 6-9 Months | Competitive Hourly Rate | Private Practice The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Employment Locum to join a well-established and busy legal team on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment specialist looking for a long-term locum assignment with a high volume and varied caseload. The Role You will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of predominantly respondent employment matters, with a particular focus on:
- High-volume Employment Tribunal claims
- Respondent employment law matters
- Insurance-backed employment litigation
- Negotiating settlements and supporting tribunal proceedings The Candidate The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Employment Locum
- Have strong respondent employment law experience
- Be confident managing a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
- Have experience handling Employment Tribunal claims
- Ideally have previous exposure to insurance-backed employment work
- Be available to commence at short notice What's on Offer
