THE ROLE:
- You will provide employment law advice to a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors, working on varied and often complex matters.
- You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, assisting with the supervision and management of more junior members of the team.
- Supporting business development initiatives, including training and networking activities.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.
- You will be able to demonstrate a solid track record in supporting employer clients in a wide range of advisory and litigated cases.
- Any experience of employment tribunal advocacy would be an advantage.
- You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
