The role requires a well-rounded and experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters. As the appointed Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you can expect to deal with a varied caseload of matters along with some high-quality matters. The successful Commercial Litigation Lawyer will be advising on a range of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation, contentious probate and construction disputes. Well versed in all aspects of commercial litigation you will also possess the capability to undertake business development and networking activities.

Suitable Commercial Litigation Lawyers will have at least 5 years PQE in covering the full remit of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, debt recovery, shareholder and partnership disputes. With an excellent reputation for advising on all types of commercial litigation matters, you will be well thought of within the local market and will have gained relevant experience within an established practice renowned for their commercial litigation offerings.
