The firm are looking for a Dental Clinical Negligence Team Leader to guide, inspire and drive the success of this specialist dental team. You’ll lead by example—coaching, developing and empowering your team while ensuring we consistently deliver first class legal services.
The Team Leader for the Dental Clinical Negligence department is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of departmental objectives and an exceptional client experience. The successful solicitor will contribute to budgeting and financial planning, while driving high standards of case planning, file management, and ESD compliance to support the department’s financial objectives. The Team Leader will coach and support colleagues to achieve their full potential, promote positive management behaviours, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
The position requires a high level of technical expertise in Dental Clinical Negligence. The Team Leader will provide guidance on complex matters, ensure cases progress efficiently, and maintain exceptional levels of client satisfaction. Working closely with senior leadership, they will help deliver compliant, high-quality legal services while ensuring unrivalled standards of customer care. The ideal solicitor will have proven experience leading or managing within a Clinical Negligence team, with Dental Clinical Negligence experience being highly desirable. They will have hands-on experience managing a broad range of Clinical Negligence claims and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong leadership capabilities, experience in coaching and developing legal professionals, and a track record of improving team productivity and performance are essential. Candidates should be resilient, positive role models with excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as confidence in using technology to enhance legal service delivery.
