The Role - An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Professional Negligence Solicitor to join a dynamic and ambitious team in London, with excellent scope for career development and growth. The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload of insurance litigation, professional indemnity and professional negligence matters, acting for insurer clients across a range of specialist sectors. This will include claims involving solicitors, financial advisers, insurance brokers and other professionals. The Candidate - The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' PQE and a strong background in defending professional liability and negligence claims, ideally acting for insurers and professionals within the legal, financial services and insurance sectors. You will ideally have gained experience within a leading regional or national law firm and be confident handling complex litigation and managing client relationships.
