We are working with a well established and highly regarded regional law firm who are looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their thriving team in Herefordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to walk into a full and varied caseload.

This role would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in dispute resolution, with the opportunity to handle a mixed caseload. The firm is open to structuring the role around a particular specialism where appropriate.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload that may include:

  • Commercial and Contractual Disputes
  • Emergency Injunctions
  • Partnership & Directors' Disputes
  • Property Disputes
  • Landlord & Tenant
  • Insolvency Related Litigation
  • Professional Negligence
  • Corporate Disputes

You will be expected to:

  • Handle matters from inception to conclusion with minimal supervision
  • Manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently
  • Deliver high quality client care and practical legal advice
  • Work collaboratively within a well resourced litigation team

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • 3 PQE (experience valued over PQE level)
  • Able to hit the ground running and work unsupervised
  • Comfortable managing a busy and sometimes mixed caseload
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Solid employment history and commitment to quality work

Working Arrangements

  • Hybrid working: 2 days from home, 3 days office based (after notice/probation)
  • Flexible working patterns considered (full time or part time)
  • Office base flexible across any of the firm’s offices
