THE ROLE:

  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload of casualty claims, Industrial disease litigation, abuse claims and large loss matters.
  • Cases will vary in complexity and value, offering exposure to challenging and rewarding work across a broad defendant portfolio.
  • Supporting junior team members and acting as a key point of contact within the team.
  • Contributing to business development and strengthening client relationships.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Applications are sought from Disease & Casualty Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
  • You will have strong technical knowledge or genuine interest in casualty, disease, abuse, and large loss work.
  • Experience of handling defendant files independently or supporting senior fee earners.
  • It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work within a team environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and results.
