An established and highly regarded regional law firm in Devon is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its expanding property team.

This well-respected, client-focused firm has a strong presence across the South West and a longstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process while maintaining excellent client care standards.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE
  • Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
