We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing team based in Plymouth.
THE ROLE:
- This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor or someone with up to a few years’ post-qualification experience to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
- You will gain exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, alongside some residential property matters.
- You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations and renewals, and some residential conveyancing matters as required.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience (or strong training seat) in commercial property.
- Willingness to assist with residential property work where needed.
- Professional, dedicated, and adaptable in the type of work undertaken.
- Committed and keen to grow with the firm long term.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach.
