- Ideal for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to a few years’ post-qualification experience looking to further develop their expertise.
- You will work across a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters, with occasional involvement in residential work.
- The caseload will include commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations and renewals, alongside some residential conveyancing where required.
- Previous experience in commercial property, or a strong training seat in this area.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with residential property matters as needed.
