This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded lawyer to take a leading role in complex matrimonial finance and private family law matters, while contributing to the continued growth and profile of this regional practice.
THE ROLE:
- You will provide expert legal advice and representation across all aspects of family law, with a particular focus on high-value and complex matrimonial finance.
- You will be responsible for a varied family caseload to include complex financial remedy matters, divorce and separation proceedings and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
- You will manage your own caseload with autonomy and precision, delivering outstanding client care and technically excellent legal solutions.
- Lead on complex matrimonial finance and divorce cases, delivering pragmatic, commercially aware advice.
- Support and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
- Play an active role in business development and networking across the region.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
- Strong experience in complex matrimonial finance and divorce work.
- You will have exceptional interpersonal and client relationship skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
