Contentious Probate Solicitor / 5 years’ PQE / East Midlands / £55,000
/ this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to conduct a caseload appropriate for a full-time fee earner at a well-respected firm.

OVERVIEW
• The main duties and responsibilities for this role are as follows
- Conducting pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments.
- Advising clients on contentious matters.
- Drafting pleadings, statements of case, and pre-issue documentation and file with the court.
- Attending court/conferences.
- Organise exhibits, documents, evidence, and briefs.
- Liaise with internal and external third parties.
- Aid with larger claims undertaken by other fee earners.
- Supervise junior colleagues.
THE CANDIDATE
- Applications are welcomed from candidates with at least 5 years of experience working within a similar role.
- You should possess great communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Have the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
- You should also be able to organise your caseload with a methodical approach by being self-motivated and proactive.
- Most importantly you should have the ability to deliver excellent service to your clients and colleagues.
THE PACKAGE
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
- Pension contribution.
