THE ROLE: You will oversee a diverse caseload of criminal and prosecution matters, combining court advocacy and advisory work on complex issues for a wide range of clients. Following completion of an induction period, a typical working week will see you spending most of your time in court, prosecuting a broad spectrum of offences and applying your diverse skills to secure effective outcomes. The remaining time will be dedicated to preparing cases.

THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Barristers that currently hold a valid practising certificate in England and Wales, that have resided in the UK for at least five years. You should have strong verbal and written communication, along with the ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and demonstrate decision-making skills. While experience in contentious law is highly advantageous, the position is open to candidates from all legal backgrounds who are eager to learn and retrain.

THE FIRM: You will receive comprehensive training during the induction process, mentoring, and on-the-job support to enable a smooth transition into your new role in prosecutions. Additionally, the position offers a competitive benefits package and the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
