Court of Protection Solicitor, 3 Years PQE, Warwickshire, £(DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor looking for a new opportunity. JOB REF:TL2837. • Applications sought from Court of Protection Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE. • You will be responsible for a broad court of protection caseload including deputyship applications, welfare cases, and financial management. • Advising clients, families, and professionals with sensitivity and clarity. • Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver the highest standard of client care. • Play an active role in business development, networking, and building client relationships • Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills. • A team player with a proactive and collaborative approach. • Step membership would be advantageous, but not essential • Access to your own transport is essential • Competitive remuneration package on offer. • Genuine career progression. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
