Costs Lawyer, 5 Years PQE, Liverpool / Remote working, To cĀ£50,000 (DOE), Top 50 Law Firm ā An exciting new role for an experienced Costs Lawyer looking for a new challenge. JOB REF: 0526 ⢠This highly reputable Costs team deal with all elements of costs from low value disputes, fixed recoverable costs and high value and complex costs matters across a broad spectrum of commercial and personal injury litigation ⢠Applications are sought from Costs Lawyers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE in costs litigation. ⢠You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include drafting costs budgets, assessing bills of costs, drafting Points of Dispute, drafting bills of costs, negotiating settlements and drafting Schedules of Costs ⢠You will possess excellent technical skills in the relevant area, and strong team work and interpersonal skills. ⢠You will ultimately have a passion for this sector and drive to make an ongoing contribution to an exceptionally successful team. ⢠Competitive remuneration package on offer including hybrid and remote working options. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
