Responsibilities
- The successful Costs Lawyer will be managing costs instructions from instruction through to the finish.
- Will draft bills of costs, costs budgets, and negotiate and advise on costs law, procedure and strategy.
- Will possess excellent technical skills in this area and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ideal candidate will have proven experience of leading on matters as well as a wide range of experience advising on costs litigation.
- Applications are welcomed from Costs Lawyers, Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who have experience of supervising more junior members of the team.
- With a passion for this sector, candidates should have the drive to make an ongoing contribution to an exceptionally successful team.
