Costs Draftsperson, 2 Years Experience, Manchester, To c£35,000 DOE + Benefits, Full time. A new opportunity for an experienced Costs Draftsperson to join an award-winning law firm in Manchester. JOB REF: 8573.

• This nationally rated, specialist law firm based in Manchester is looking for an experienced Costs Draftsperson to join a busy Court of Protection Team.
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience of Court of Protection bill drafting, including knowledge of Court of Protection procedures and SCCO practice and procedure.
• You will be responsible for drafting Court of Protection Deputyship and Administration Bills of Costs including for applications such as Deputyship, General Management, Statutory Wills, Gift Applications. and ad hoc applications.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Relevant training will be provided and career development opportunities will be available as you gain new skills.
• A competitive remuneration package is available along with hybrid working options.
