\\nWe are partnering with a leading national law firm that is seeking to recruit a talented Corporate Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) to join their highly regarded Corporate team in Nottingham.

- This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of high-quality corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side), private equity deals, capital markets and cross-border matters, as well as corporate structuring and investment projects. You will be joining a well-established and collaborative team that forms part of a large national corporate practice, offering the chance to work alongside experienced partners on complex, high-value deals for an impressive client base.
- The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with up to 3 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law. You will be commercially astute, confident in negotiations, and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. A proactive approach, attention to detail and a willingness to learn will be key to your success.
