\\nTHE ROLE:
\\n• This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic national Corporate team
\\n• You will work alongside respected leaders in the field, supporting Corporate lawyers, particularly those specialising in private equity, with high-level technical input and strategic knowledge.
\\n• Develop and maintain market-leading precedents, guidance, and resources for a broad range of corporate transactions.
\\n• Lead and support document automation and innovation projects.
\\n• Provide research support and answer complex legal and technical queries.
\\n• Create and deliver legal updates and training sessions.
\\n
\\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\\n• A minimum of 4 years PQE in transactional corporate law or a professional support/knowledge role.
\\n• Private equity experience is strongly preferred.
\\n• A genuine interest in document automation – experience is ideal, but training will be provided.
\\n• A meticulous approach with excellent drafting and research skills.
\\n• A team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for collaboration and innovation.
\\n• Full-time or part-time working arrangements on offer.
