Are you a senior solicitor with a strong background in corporate and commercial law looking for a new challenge in your career?

THE ROLE:

  • This is a senior-level opportunity for a qualified solicitor with at least 8 years' experience managing a broad caseload of company commercial work.
  • You’ll advise a wide range of clients – from sole traders and partnerships to directors and shareholders on a variety of business matters.
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload of matters to include company sales, mergers, and acquisitions, corporate restructures and reconstructions, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (supply, service, franchise, shareholder agreements and more).
  • You’ll also play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with SRA, Lexcel, and regulatory standards, as well as contributing to the overall leadership of the department.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • A qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law.
  • Strong experience managing a diverse caseload including business sales, acquisitions, restructures, and contracts.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Strong organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
