- The appointed candidate will manage their own conveyancing caseload, predominantly involving residential matters including New Build Properties, Deed of Variations, Right to Buy, Transfers of Equity, and Shared Ownership.
- You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to commercial property transactions.
- The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years' PQE in residential property law.
- You will be expected to build upon existing client relationships, maintain the annual Law Society CQS accreditation, and participate in business development efforts.
