Residential Conveyancer, 5+ years’ experience, North Yorkshire, £Highly competitive (DOE) – Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a respected regional law firm with a strong reputation for quality and client care? This could be the role for you.

THE ROLE:

  • You will be responsible for a varied residential property caseload to include Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and New build transactions.
  • You will manage your own files from initial instruction through to completion, delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
  • Experienced in running your own caseload with minimal supervision.
  • You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
