A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join a highly rated team and deal with a diverse caseload of construction related matters on behalf of a varied client base.
- Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE in dealing with a varied caseload of construction related matters.
- With strong experience across all aspects of construction law, you will have proven technical expertise covering the broad remit of construction law including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- You will have experience of dealing with main standard form construction contracts, non-contentious / transactional construction advice, JCT and NEC matters.
