This leading law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join their highly regarded commercial team, handling high-quality transactions for a diverse client base across both private and public sectors.
• You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of commercial contract matters, including trading agreements, outsourcing, intellectual property, franchising, data protection, and manufacturing.
• The successful candidate will be proactive and confident, comfortable managing their own caseload, committed to developing a strong network of client relationships, and be willing to offer support to the more junior members of the team.
• The firm are considering applications from Solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE and a solid background in high-quality commercial work from a reputable law firm.
