Head of Commercial Property – Regional | 10+ PQE | West Midlands | £Excellent + Bonus + Benefits | REF: 4621 An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to take the lead of a successful regional team within a growing and highly regarded law firm.

This senior appointment offers the chance to influence strategy, drive business growth and lead a talented team while continuing to advise on a broad range of high-value commercial property matters.

THE ROLE: As Head of Commercial Property, you will provide leadership across the firm's regional Commercial Property teams, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional client service while maintaining operational excellence.

Working closely with the Head of Department, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the team, deputising where required and supporting the continued growth of the practice.

Alongside managing and developing lawyers across the region, you will oversee complex commercial property transactions, provide technical guidance, ensure compliance and risk management standards are maintained and actively contribute to business development initiatives.
