As a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, including acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, and property finance matters. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, allowing you to enhance your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be based in one of the firms regional offices in Cornwall and will have the opportunity to have a great work life balance, a wide and varied caseload and the opportunity to work with a genuinely lovely group of people.
Key responsibilities:
• Assisting senior solicitors in managing commercial property transactions
• Conducting legal research and providing relevant advice to clients
• Drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry trends
To excel in this role, you will need:
• Recently qualified as a Solicitor with a focus on Commercial Property Law with experience of working within a top tier law firm.
• A strong academic background in law with a minimum of a 2:1 degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
