A national law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Litigation Lawyer into their growing litigation team.

Are you a senior commercial litigator ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly regarded and progressive law firm with a strong presence in the East Midlands, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their busy Nottingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the Head of Department in supervising and developing the junior members of the team.

As a senior member of the team you will be handling a broad range of commercial disputes including contractual claims, shareholder and partnership disputes and professional negligence. In addition to fee earning, you will also have the responsibility of supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and trainees, contributing to their development and performance.

You will be assisting in the strategic growth of the department and ideally be bringing or developing a client following. As the appointed individual, you will either be currently a Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner in your current position and be looking for a new challenge where you can get heavily involved in the development and performance of junior lawyers of the team. You will have at least 8 years PQE and strong solid background in commercial litigation together with a portable following or strong referral network ideally.
