/n Due to several enquiries arising, this highly rated practice in the Legal Directories is keen to establish an employment office in their Essex office.
As the appointed Employment Solicitor you will be responsible for leading, developing and growing the employment offering in the Essex area.
With the ability to build the employment team, you will have the autonomy to shape the strategy, grow the team as you see fit from the outset.
As Head of Department, you will be leading the employment law department, advising both employees and employers on a variety of employment related issues including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
/n THE CANDIDATE:
/n If you’re an ambitious Employment Solicitor looking for a new role where you can really make your mark and make it your own, then this is the role that you have been waiting for.
Ideally you possess the ability to build and maintain a strong referral network as well as develop relationships with local businesses and organisations.
With at least 6 years PQE you will have a sound track record advising across the broad remit of employment law and have experience of mentoring as well as supervising Employment Lawyers.
