THE ROLE:
- Reviewing, drafting and advising on a variety of agreements.
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, legal risk, and best practice.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, legal, and operational risks.
- Lead on data protection and privacy matters.
- Provide legal advice on certain employment law matters.
- Advising generally on charity law and regulatory matters.
ABOUT YOU:
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 1+ years PQE in commercial or contract law.
- Basic understanding or familiarity with Charity law and regulation.
- Ability to use own initiative and manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability.
