An established regional law firm is seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well regarded property team offering high quality work and strong long term prospects.
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold residential matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and buy-to-let transactions. The role will involve handling transactions from instruction through to completion, preparing mortgage reports, reviewing titles, raising and responding to enquiries and maintaining regular communication with clients and third parties throughout the transaction process.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years' PQE. Candidates should have proven experience managing their own caseload with minimal supervision and be confident handling a broad range of residential property matters. The successful applicant will possess strong client care and communication skills, demonstrate a professional and commercially minded approach and be comfortable building relationships with clients, estate agents and referrers. Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive within a busy conveyancing environment are essential.
