An established legal practice is seeking an experienced Industrial Disease Lawyer to join its specialist team, offering a competitive package and excellent benefits.

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of Industrial Disease claims from inception to conclusion, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a performance driven environment while maintaining high standards of client care. The fee earner will be expected to deliver clear, practical legal advice, meet billing targets and manage competing deadlines with confidence and professionalism.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling Industrial Disease claims and be capable of managing files independently as a complete case handler. Strong litigation experience and technical knowledge of Industrial Disease matters are essential, along with a proven billing record. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure and a strong attention to detail.
