THE ROLE:
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will become an important part of an established team, dealing directly with clients and managing transactions from instruction through to completion and beyond. You will have the autonomy to run your own caseload, working across a broad range of residential property matters.
You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and equity release, new-build purchases and shared ownership matters. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts in the local area, while working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm and making appropriate referrals to other departments.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
- Strong experience across residential conveyancing.
- A proven ability to manage matters independently from start to finish.
- Good knowledge of the Cheshire/local property market.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- A professional, organised and commercially aware approach.
- Experience supporting or mentoring conveyancing assistants would also be welcomed, as there will be opportunities to share your knowledge and contribute to the development of the wider team.
