• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with a wide range of corporate matters.
• Ideal Corporate Solicitors will have experience of dealing with all types of corporate related matters including Mergers & Acquisitions, MBO's and MBIs, corporate finance matters and other general matters associated with corporate.
• You will play a key role in further developing the team as well as supporting junior members of the team.
• Working closely with the Head of department, you will be advising on and supervising restructuring matters as well as mergers and acquisitions and general company commercial law.
